Beginning with basic cellular biology we will learn the wonderment that is the human body as we move through the immune system, integumentary system, skeletal system, muscular system, nervous system, endocrine system, cardiac and circulatory systems. Every step of the way we will look at how we can best care for each aspect of our being through daily habits that include herbal therapies, vitamins and minerals, bodywork, exercise, sleep habits and more. This is a foundational class for those entering the world of massage and a review like no other for practicing bodyworkers, yoga teachers, and really anyone experiencing a human lifetime wishing to understand and care for their amazing body.
