Our three day workshop will focus on the practices and postures of Reusi Dat Ton, with specific attention to the stretches that strengthen and increase mobility of the body’s core, the shoulders and the hips. Working with the traditional model of RDT, class will incorporate chanting, breathing techniques and a 15 posture series. This workshop will assist a practitioner to invigorate and tonify their body in preparation for their massage practice.
Postures for Balance and Endurance
April 25th - 27th, 2025
Gresham Oregon
Our workshop will focus on cultivating and using the nourishing breath through a range of postures that assist balance. Through practicing deep breathing while sustained in simple postures, our bodies strengthen and become more resilient. For a massage practitioner, these techniques allow for endurance, agility, and more skillful anatomical awareness. We will study a series of 15 standing and seated postures, and practice the accompanying traditional chanting.
Postures for Grounding and Vitality

Students will study 15 postures to both practice and to share with clients who are in need.
